Main focus was to improve quality perceived by Customer, minimize the impact of poor quality on the business and drive the implementation of WCM Quality Pillar across the production plants.I've been working for a year as Continuous Improvement Manager, coordinating CI resources and program for the Industrial Operations, mainly aimed at quality/efficiency improvement and working capital reduction, in accordance with Lean Six Sigma tools.I've been based for two years in United Kingdom as Final Assembly Line Continuous Improvement Manager, acting as a change agent. I joined Leonardo Helicopters in 2012 as part of the Industrial Engineering team.I have an analytical mindset and extremely curious to know new areas and face new challenges.
