A mechanical designer, outdoor enthusiast and the founder of Aqua Power Technologies. Aqua Power Technologies designs, develops and manufacturers some of the most innovative and environmentally sensitive systems for generating energy from marine environments.Since a young age, I have had a real passion for design and engineering. Growing up alongside an engineering family business allowed me to gain an insight into the world of design, which enabled me to further develop my interest, skills and knowledge both at school and university. In addition to Aqua Power Technologies, I am passionate about the outdoors and enjoy fell-walking, mountain biking and kite surfing. My love of design expands into both my work and home life, and I constantly strive to take on new projects, whether it be designing a website, building a timber frame shed or investigating methods of extracting energy from ocean waves. This approach to engineering has helped me to design for some interesting and diverse companies and individuals ranging from Bosch to Blueprint Subsea.
