Created a custom made tool for the customer relations department in an agile development team.I worked closely with the product owners to understand the needs of the customer service agents (our users). Then I figured out the flow/steps via analog sketching and with help of the developers and art director. And in the end created wireframes for the final solution that was implemented.I also helped other internal projects where there was an interface of some sort, and helped spread knowledge of how to perform usability tests and showing the benefit of doing them.

Worked as a full time consultant at Com Hem for almost the entire employment at Cloud Nine. My main work at Com Hem consists of building a tool for the customer relations department in Härnösand, from scratch. This includes a pre studie of the agents and how they work and a continuous development with user tests.

ARG is a collaboration for the business representatives at the student unions and the project managers for the career fairs at the biggest technical universities in Sweden (LTU Luleå, UMTH Umeå, UTN Uppsala, KTH Stockholm, LITH Linköping, Chalmers Göteborg och TLTH Lund).The main purpose of ARG is to promote the students towards companies and in the end help the students find an employer. ARG also continuously tries to improve the career fairs at these universities.
