My goal is to create smart, useful, and accessible services. It can be an expert system used in public sector or a smartphone app in the private sector. Regardless of the context my projects are, I focus mainly on the end user experience for that service or product, to make sure that the user needs are understood and fulfilled.What I have learned While pursuing my degree in Master of Science in Interaction & Design I have learned to solve problems in a structured and analytic manner, and as a professional I have learned the importance of nurturing curiosity and psychological safety within the development team.What I doI conduct end user research and stakeholder interviews to understand the client's goals and users pain-points. I perform workshops like user journey mapping to understand the context of said goals and pain-points. Together with programmers and visual designers, I sketch usage flows, wireframes and build and early prototypes. I plan and perform usability testing with my teammates to build a shared understanding of the challenges we face. This helps the client see and feel the users' frustations and know where they stumble, and this helps the product owner decide what to explore and try to solve in the next iteration.
