As Business Development Director at Vidisco USA, I orchestrated the creation and execution of business development sales strategy for the company to maximize our market reach and overall revenue. In this role, I directed business development for a multi-million-dollar healthcare entity in the Atlanta area. Strategic partnerships with physicians and business locations were developed. While in this position, I facilitated the administration and overall operations for the nursing service and patient care for hemodialysis facility. I directed financial oversight, quality assurance, patient care, safety, risk management, employee satisfaction, quality index scores, and facility maintenance. Additionally, I ensured that safe and therapeutic care was provided to patients in End State Renal Disease (ESRD).Some of my achievements were:• I oversaw the operations of multiple facilities including driving the transformation of one of the most difficult facilities in the region into a leading facility.• The primary clinic patient population was expanded by 24% within one year through effective growth of the team, increasing efficiency, and coordinating efforts with patient admissions.• I was selected by management for the Facility Administrator Leadership Council.

While serving in the United States Army, I led the Aviation and Watercraft units in personnel selection, training, and operational readiness. I devised strategic plans to maximize outcomes, developed effective business processes, and deployed programs to achieve near, mid-, and long-term goals. I collaborated with stakeholders and teams to accomplish defined goals and also established the direction for the development and growth of team members and assessed outcomes and return on investment. I managed the Aviation budget of $67M and the Watercraft budget of $25M.• I facilitated the creation and execution of organizational procedures and requirements to maximize operational expertise and readiness of staff and equipment.• I oversaw personnel, logistics, and operations for multiple locations including Army Jet Training School.

Advised Commanding General(CEO), US Army Japan on Army Reserve capabilities, training, personnel management, operational capacity, and mobilizations. Managed the organizational redesign of the Army Reserve Bilateral Engagement Operations Team - Japan. Project manager for the annual review and adjustments to Army Reserve authorizations on the USARJ TDA. Developed and maintained relationships with the Japan Ground Self-Defense foce (JGSDF) through bilateral engagements.

Division Chief, Army Reserve Aviation Operations and Plans responsible for the managment of the Army Reserve Aviation Force Structure Development; Aircraft Acquisition; Aircraft Facilities Staffing; and Army Reserve Aviation Sourcing. Serves as the Project Manager for the development of future Army Reserve Aviation structure through all phases of planning and execution. Manage aviation sourcing through direct communication with HQDA, FORSCOM, and 1st Army for OND, OEF, and Homeland Defense. Serves as a key member on all crisis actions teams within the United States Army Reserve Command to advise the Command on the resourcing, utilization, and capabilities of Army Reserve aviation assets. Responsible for the research and construction of all Army Reserve aviation related messages, Orders, and FRAGOs.
