Finished with handheld cutting techniques and various machines and devices, including a flatbed Colex CNC machine, Summa cutter, and wall cutter. Assisted with large and small-scale graphic installations, including the endzone, sideline, and bleacher banners at the Clarence T.C. Ching Stadium at University of Hawai'i, a site-specific fine art sculpture for the Hawai'i Triennial 2022, wall graphics, three-dimensional signage, frosted vinyl decals, and car wraps. Occasionally archivally scanned documents for large-scale scanning projects. Also traveled to the outer islands of Kauai, Maui, and Big Island for installations and site inspections. Consistently utilized problem solving skills, strong, consistent communication, and team cooperation to understand and accomplish the various jobs and tasks that were assigned throughout the day. Also, designed (in Illustrator and Photoshop), printed, and installed a large Hawai'i-themed wall graphic in this ARC location's office.

I assisted Andrew Campbell, the business’ owner, and other employees while installing and transporting artwork at various locations in the Richmond, VA area, including Capital One's campuses and other corporate, fine art, and residential spaces. I learned how to and actively practice techniques for hanging artwork, e.g. measuring between the floor and the measurements of a piece of art, what tools to use for hanging different size and weight artwork and how to use them, and how to properly prepare placement for artwork to be hung or displayed. I also learned how to and practiced techniques for storing and transporting artwork, e.g. creating cardboard boxes to the shape of a piece of art to be relocated. I have also aided Andrew in cleaning up and reconfiguring an old department store in Petersburg, VA he purchased, into a gallery and art storage space. I travelled with our team to Pinehurst, NC and assisted in installing during three days all the new artwork for an entire hotel that was under renovation.

As a gallery intern at 1708 Gallery, I handled a wide variety of administrative and creative tasks involving everyday operations and special events at the gallery. I maintained the front desk and gallery space by myself on weekends, opening and closing the gallery space, along with interacting with visitors. I assisted with administrative tasks, such as filing documents, preparing exhibition look books, and organizing artwork in storage. I also assisted with more creative tasks, including preparing exhibition materials in the gallery, setting up materials for artist talks and special events, and tabling 1708 Gallery's booth and engaging with visiting families at the Current Art Fair.

I operated registers in the general merchandise section of the store, surveyed the floor to make corrections to displays and merchandise. I often assisted customers in finding merchandise, searching the back for items not on the floor, handling exchanges and returns, and provided them with information about buying or renting textbooks. I collected unfolded clothes, refolded them, and placed them back in their proper locations. I also adjusted any mis-ordered or improperly placed merchandise. At the end of closing shifts, I broke down cardboard and placed it into the dumpster behind the store.

I worked as a versatile cashier, often filling different positions when necessary. My main position was at the main checkout, but I also worked as a cashier in the food court. I also translated and input customers' H Mart rewards card information into the company network. I utilized interpersonal skills, problem solving, a high volume of decision making, and physical labor to complete my tasks to the best of my ability.
