I am a financial analyst with industry experience in the acquisition and management of commercial real estate, as well as residential loan analysis & origination. At The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc., I managed assets across 83 facilities and contributed to a significant company acquisition that streamlined operations with in-house management—transforming a $1.7b platform.Equipped with a foundation in Real Estate Finance from the University of Memphis, I began my career in underwriting and managing commercial properties at Absolute Storage Management, Inc., a third-party management and investment firm based out of the Greater Memphis Area. In the years I spent with ASM, I was fortunate enough to work on both the acquisition and asset management sides of the company, which provided me with valuable insights into the processes of operational budget management and CRE asset valuation. In my role at PS Funding, Inc., I became familiar with debt underwriting in the private lending space. In addition to providing exposure to the technical aspects of loan analysis, this experience gave me the opportunity to recognize and strengthen my capacity for effective communication. My role as a real estate analyst was at the center of the company’s operations, which required constant collaboration with several internal departments, as well as with outside third parties such as lenders, title companies, and accredited investors.
