- Daily administrative tasks in the AIS main office, such as responding to constituent inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, creating business cards, sorting and delivering mail, and ordering office supplies, serve as a point of contact to visitors.- Create accounts for AIS employees using the constituent services program CMIPS, perform password resets, unlock existing accounts, and update user information.- Facilitate meetings by reserving conference rooms for employees from AIS and other County departments. I also train employees on how to operate conference room technology or in some cases, operate the technology for the meeting attendees.- Assist with the management of the County's Cool Zone Program. I helped form an intake survey for applicants to possibly receive a free fan, log applicants' information, coordinate the shipping of the fans with County Mail Services, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. I also assist with registering Standards of Operations agreements between host sites and the County.

Provide assistance to the Outreach, Recruitment and Admissions programs in the areas of phone banking, filing, data entry and project coordination. In cases of need, I may also be requested to assist with campus tours, presentations, and other duties as assigned. My primary role is to contact prospective students, reminding them to complete their EOP or Financial Aid application by our deadlines as well as engaging them regarding their commitment to SDSU EOP upon admission.

I assisted with day-to-day administrative tasks in the Senator’s district office, such as responding to constituent inquiries, filing/faxing, preparing materials and signs for events. I also conducted research, drafted and edited articles for the Communications Department of the office highlighting local constituents and commendations awarded within the district. Lastly I helped identify events or individuals to be recognized by the Senator, prepare certificates, and organize recognition events.
