• Provide accounting, administration and investor servicing to alternative investment funds managed by private equity firms, hedge funds and banks.• Serve as the primary analyst for nine funds worth roughly $900 million through the calculation of net asset valuations. • Perform cash and position reconciliations to account for investment activity on a monthly and quarterly basis.• Allocate fund level profits to individual investors by preparing investor statements.• Coordinate fund expense authorizations and analysis by calculating, accruing, and paying expenses.• Actively communicate with fund managers to maintain accurate calculations and positive client relationships.• Prepare year-end financial statements along with audit and tax schedules.

• Create and review daily reports for equity, fixed income and retail DVP account activities.• Assist team with managing market, credit and liquidity risks related to sales and trading activities.• Prepare PowerPoint slides for weekly meetings with senior leadership highlighting the entire firm's financial activity for previous weeks, including detail on domestic and international economic trends.• Utilize programming skills in SQL and VBA Macros to pull intraday and end of day trade data and use it to create and maintain graphs and charts for weekly meetings.• Responsible for updating counterparty financial information through the combination of internet databases and excel functions, specifically vlookups and pivot tables.• Participated in a case competition with a team of interns where we identified an opportunity to add value to the firm, then presented that idea to a panel of judges and executives.• Presented a review of the Fed’s Financial Stability Report to senior leadership and department leaders.
