First RotationThe innovation team acted to uplift enterprise capability around product development.- Developed ‘pretotyping’ framework to allow business and teams to rapidly test concepts in market for exceptionally low budgets that embedded a fail fast mantra and a much more agile product development process.- Undertook human centered design customer research sprints to build a series of recommendations for senior divisional managers on how to better attract and retain youth segments.Second RotationDeveloped a proof of concept application aimed at providing an integrated payment and multimodal transport solution for Victorians.-Ran round table customer feedback sessions to help prioritise development roadmap.-Worked with developers to find optimal technical solutions to help prioritise feature development roadmap-Lead in development of new public transport product that aimed to improve commuting costs for Victorians-Completed geographical analysis of impact of promo codes on car share utilisation

Involved in Melbourne and Hobart city operations with a focus on driver supply health. During a time of intense policy change for ride sharing, I had a strong focus in helping update and roll out regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance across Melbourne. Other highlights include:• Developed segment specific content framework to aid funnel conversion.• Developed and rolled out incentive frameworks to aid makretplace health.• Ideation and implementation of ANZ wide Driver Communications campaign to help improve Driver Satisfaction.• Performed analysis for the European region to guide the set up of an experiment to improve Rides reliability.• Advanced use of SQL - Conducting data extraction, manipulation and analysis to seek potential gaps and opportunities for the business.
