• Senior leadership. Inputted into organisational level decisions on strategy, staff and governance. Lead 2022 strategy meetings leading to AIM's 3-year growth plan that allowed us to increase impact 6 fold over the next.
• Research process design. Developed the cross-disciplinary research process and decision criteria for identifying effective non-profit ideas.
• Team management. Hired, trained and managed staff. Built the research team up from 1 to 4 staff.
• Research. Me and my team investigated 2300+ ideas picking just the top 1%, leading to 24 new non-profits.
• Drove action. Published research and supported charities with strategy and implementation advice.Incubated non-profits are now successfully creating change around the world in a number of areas including: teaching.
