Responsibilities and achievements included: • Senior leadership. Inputted into organisational level decisions on strategy, staff and governance. Lead 2022 strategy meetings leading to AIM's 3-year growth plan that allowed us to increase impact 6 fold over the next two years. • Research process design. Developed the cross-disciplinary research process and decision criteria for identifying effective non-profit ideas. • Team management. Hired, trained and managed staff. Built the research team up from 1 to 4 staff. • Research. Me and my team investigated 2300+ ideas picking just the top 1%, leading to 24 new non-profits. • Drove action. The All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Future Generations provides impartial education, support and advice to Parliamentarians to assist them in ensuing that the UK political and policy processes fairly take into account the rights of future generations and effectively address existential and catastrophic risks.• Established the APPG’s profile in Parliament. Ran events. Grew group from 23 to 103 parliamentarians.• Drove political change. Guided the APPG members towards a string of major policy wins, including but not limited to:  A new Select Committee on risk management set in the House of Lords  A government commitment to improve risk identification in the integrated review  A Scottish government plan to set up a Future Generations commissioner

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversight of the UK's nuclear safety regime.
