Ainos Education is a tutoring company based in Melbourne CBD that organises academic tutoring to international students. I provided both private and group tutoring sessions in mathematics, chemistry, english language and french to primary and secondary level students, and specialist engineering tutoring sessions to tertiary level students. As a tutor I prepared classes and long term work programs depending on the needs of each student. Tutoring international students requires specific communication skills so as to compliment students' sometimes difficult experiences at school. Students required lessons on academic english as well as their normal coursework, so as to help them study more independently.

Research project as part of the Master of Biomedical Engineering program at the University of Melbourne. I chose to complete the project independently with MIS Implants Inc. in Melbourne during which I identified and improved the development process of surgical guides for implant dentistry. Specifically, I developed and tested an image registration algorithm that automatically fuses two 3D images (a digital scan and a 3D scan) of the dental arch.- Designed and conducted technical and scientific analysis of manufacturing systems: Academic review including market analysis, regular interviews with clients and technicians for qualitative analysis, regular documentation and presentation of results to technical leaders and university supervisors using good documentation practice.- Presentation of algorithm at university conference
