Additionally, I maintain efficient communication with warehouses, ensuring alignment between them and the company. I monitor and support, when necessary, the correct invoicing process, aiming for good management control in dispatch and inventory processes. I also ensure that the picking team complies with all Company regulations, especially those related to Food Hygiene and Safety at Work. Lastly, I conduct periodic reviews of metrological and tare records, in accordance with applicable requirements.

I worked as a supervisor in the inbound, outbound, quarantine, and export areas for the company Boston Scientific in house. My responsibilities included managing the inbound and outbound teams, including hiring and firing, controlling overtime, scheduling breaks, and developing KPIs. I was also responsible for receiving and invoicing materials, careful product control, inventory, nationalization, material management in the WMS system, and creating procedures with the Quality department. In the quarantine area, I allocated products awaiting processing. In exportation, I dealt with packaging, cubing, identification, and sending them abroad. Additionally, I issued invoices and collaborated with the client's projects department for logistical improvements.
