A TMS program launched in 2021 and is organized around a vision for expanding options for consultation and treatment. We provide "psychiatry's most effective treatments in the most effective ways." During this period, year-over-year ECT volumes increased each year, 2019-2021, case complexity rose, and the service was margin-positive with limited covid-related disruption in care. We opened the region's first TMS service in a health system and developed a novel outcome tracking system.My academic and mentoring work focused on helping teams and individuals design sustainable systems of work that maximize safety, quality, professional satisfaction, and value outcomes.
