Information Technology Support Engineer
CurrentProvide day to day helpdesk support to all end users in the Ariat office and remote users.Work closely with US based infrastructure team and help support end users from other officesSupport of all end user desktops, laptops, printers, mobile phones, peripherals and other devices.Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all helpdesk ticket incidents.Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.Provide initial troubleshooting of all system service and network connectivity issues.Creation/maintenance of user accounts in Active Directory and Exchange.Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, contracts, vendors and licensesCreate and maintain user-facing documentation, office specific IT policies, SOPs, and IT procedures.Zoom Conference rooms setup and maintenance.Setup and manage phone lines for Customer Service and Retail Stores.
