We help the client implement effective quality assurance processes, improve testing strategies, and ensure that the final product is free of defects.My job responsibility is to do the software automation testing for trade finance system (EximBills Enterprise), bank treasury (FIS Cross Asset and Trading Platform formerly known as Front Arena) and wholesale superapp platform (Kopra by Mandiri)• Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts to verify functionality, performance, security and usability of web and mobile applications• Conduct thorough manual and automated testing of software applications, identifying defect, bugs and areas of improvement• Collaborate with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, providing detailed bug reports and recommendations for resolutionPerform regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been addressed and that new features have not introduced unintended side effects• Document test results, maintain testing documentation and track defects using bug tracking tools such as Jira or similar• Participate in post-mortem reviews and root cause analysis sessions to identify systemic issues, process improvements and lessons learned• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in software quality assurance, continually seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
