Robby is an on-demand shift-worker marketplace and tool that allows part-time and casual employees to find work. It makes it really easy for part-time and casual employees to get their work schedule onto their phone. At Robby I led design and growth for the business and grew our users from 0 to 40k shift workers in less than 4 months.Robby was part of the 2015 Startmate intake and grew so popular with Apple employees (25% workforce) that Apple banned it from the App Store and as a result we ultimately had to shut down the service.

Was part of the founding team of Booodl which has launched in Sydney, Australia, with over 20k stores and 1m products. Booodl has attracted $10m in venture funding from top tier Australian firms including Square Peg Ventures and Scentre Group. I worked closely with engineering and design to make sure that product was shipped and that our users loved what we were building. I shipped two complete rebuilds of the product both within two month periods including two iOS and web applications.
