The duties of a Store Care Operator are-Little to no in person contact with managers or coworkers, all contact was done via Slack. Using Best Buy equipment, taking calls was the main task of the job, the calls range from general questions all the way to fraudulent issues needing to be resolved.For calls regarding highly sensitive issues they were properly transferred. Calls that regarded questions and/or orders placed could be handled by navigating proper the software.Used Cisco systems for handling calls. Documented calls while assisting every customer.Handled large call queues.Managed time.The operations of a SCO allow a fast call time while providing expert solutions. From scheduling appointments to checking stock for a store cross country. The multiple programs used day to day required a high ability to adapt as well as computing knowledge. Problem solving and customer deescalation without anyone else there to assist. This job required a strong work ethic and a positive attitude along with communication, technological, problem solving, and time management skills.
