Analytical skill & People Management Development, Validation and transfer of methods to quality control unit for various analytical techniques. Preparation of Method development and Method validation reports of analytical methods and procedures to assure that the finished product meets safety, regulatory and compliance requirements during all phases of Product Development. Especially the dissolution method development for various regulated markets to file a generic products. Profound knowledge in generic molecules development and their regulatory requirement as per ICH guidelines. Hands on experience, working with HPLC, GC, Dissolutions, XRPD, DSC, PSD, UV, FTIR, KF-Titration, Potentiometric titrations and Microscopy.  Resolving the issues pertaining to selectivity of the methods and mass balance issues in stability sample analysis. Review of analytical methods and limits in (SOP’s and Specifications) developed for optimization, finalize methods and integrate the same for pilot bio study/scale up batches. Review and Finalize the Reports, protocols and QC Specification and test procedures; ensure the approvals of the method validation summary reports to facilitate timely completion of analytical tasks.
