Established and managed a real estate firm that specialised in the marketing of residential properties. We were a leading force in the Atlanta market and well-known for our Satisfaction Guarantee on our services. One of my primary roles was providing coaching & training for the Realtors (Estate Agents). This role, coupled with my stellar career as a Top Producer, eventually initiated me into the Business Coaching arena.

I specialised in the marketing of luxury homes. I developed some marketing concepts that enhanced the timely sale of houses in a highly competitive market. During the short time I was with this firm, the success of the aforementioned concepts enabled to be ranked in the top 4% in the nation. I also became a Life Member of The Million Dollar Club (DeKalb Board of Realtors).

I started my professional real estate career with Century 21 ... the world's largest real estate company. Starting out with no sphere of influence or ready-made leads, I perfected the art of Prospecting. This strategy earned me 32 Listing & Sales Awards and being ranked in the top 3% in the Nation! A significant portion of my duties involved helping Buyers to locate their perfect home; assisting them with mortgage loan financing; organising and presenting Home-Buying Seminars; conducting Market Evaluation of properties and professionally marketing/selling homes.
