As Lorna's Chief of Staff and Life Coordinator, I facilitated many of her personal and professional transitions and achievements. I was responsible for the logistical ins and outs of Lorna's daily life enabling her esteemed work as a CEO, board member, and coach. As the Executive Design & Production Consultant at Hybrid Floral Design, I assisted its founder Michael Day in growing his business across New York, Los Angeles and Miami. Hybrid Floral's tagline being "Event decor, simplified", I was tasked with making the complex simple and the difficult easy for clients such as the United Nations, the New York Stock Exchange, and the Super Bowl. My role included but wasn't limited to logistics, sourcing, scheduling, designing of both products and marketing materials, branding, and client management.

My time as an English language assistant saw me moving to Paris to write and implement lesson plans for students of all ages. With a focus on Australian culture, I spent two years assisting these students with their English language confidence and proficiency and prepared older students for their final Baccalauréat exams.

My experience at Bed Bath N' Table was unique, training several managers and spending most of my employment working in an emergency managerial capacity. I led the sales team through all high traffic retail periods and ensured the visual merchandising standards at Western Australia's flagship store in Claremont never fell short. This included creating, following, and adjusting guidelines to suit our store's needs and ensuring top sales results. With a strong focus on KPIs, I spent much of my time in this role ensuring our team was fairly rostered, well trained, and supported in order to achieve top results.
