Delivered a custom built cloud enabled Clinical Authorization, Case Management, and Utilization Platform for use by over 20,000 Humana associate and contract clinicians. Architected with a responsive web design and a payor agnostic back-end, the solution provided clinicians the technology needed to leave their traditional workstations behind and serve Humana's members on their own terms. Through the deployment of mobile technology architecture and enabling users with mobile devices, NPS scores improved while also delivering meaningful progress towards Humana's enterprise goal of redefining the primary place of care as the member's home.
