As we got to know each other, I was surprised to learn that he was new to RemedyForce. He had a great teammate, David Krueger coach and guide him. As the months passed, Sam and I began building a great relationship and tackled several complex opportunities to help improve productivity of our employees. With Sam is Massachusetts and me in Texas, the majority of our interaction has been remote. That didn’t prevent us from talking live and often. I always look forward to a Teams message from Sam……”quick buzz?” We found it was easier to connect live vs an email or extended chat. This enabled us to get to know each other better and quickly get to a solution to a problem or opportunity for improvement. When I found myself wasting time gathering data, all I had to do is request a “quick buzz” and Sam was available to talk through my need, or better, the problem I was trying to solve. I got hours of time back because of his ability to understand what I needed and always deliver more than what I expected. Outside of work, Sam has his priorities in order, always balancing work and family, which I greatly respect and admire. But at the same time always being a learner and challenging himself professionally. Thanks to Sam, several other Teammates now use the “quick buzz” when needing to chat. Sam has a great career ahead of him and PCG is fortunate he made the decision to join us 3 yrs ago.
