I am currently working as a Portfolio Management Senior Associate for Bank of America Private Bank in Providence, Rhode Island. I am responsible for assisting the Portfolio Managers with their day-to-day responsibilities. Some of the responsibilities include creating investment presentations using the PRS system, putting the books together, opening new sub accounts, initiating asset transfers between existing sub accounts, creating Investment Policy Statements, and monitoring the Portfolio Managers Fiduciary Compliance, which is a compliance related system, to make sure that their are no concentrations in accounts, that the IPS are all up to date, and that all the IPS signatures are in order (Regulation 9 material and Asset Allocation Monitoring material).Prior to joining Bank of America, I worked as an Investment Analyst for Singer Wealth Advisors in Boca Raton, Florida. While with Singer Wealth I was able to gain some experience working directly with clients to determine their appetite for risk. I was also active on the phones and worked closely with the team to make sure that all responsivities were met in case a certain person might have been drowning in work at a particular point in time.
