We enabled the organization to examine its own hypotheses and partner to create innovative solutions.2022 - Lead our Strategic Business Partner team supporting Customer Success and Renewals RVPs for multiple territories (CMT,MFG,CAN,SMB,PS,LATAM) in the North & South America regions. In addition to leading a team of three, I also act as the supporting business partner for the two SVPs leading North American Success and Renewals. We drive customer success innovation through world class strategy, analytics and insights. We enable smart decisions through connected planning, data and insights. 2021 - Managed a Strategy & Analytics Field Engagement (SAFE) team supporting CSG North American Enterprise, CMT, and CMRCL & SMB businesses. We work directly with our field leaders across Customer Success and Renewals by embedding ourselves directly within the teams. We connect insights across Renewals, Success, and Sales, develop analytics solutions for cross-pillar alignment, and proactively surface initiatives happening across our businesses to drive accountability and data driven decision making.

2020 - Strategy & Analytics Field Engagement (SAFE) partner for CSG North American Enterprise & Communication, Media, and Technology businesses. I work directly with our field leaders across Customer Success and Renewals by embedding myself directly within the teams. I connect insights across Renewals & Success, develop analytics solutions for cross-pillar alignment, and proactively surface initiatives happening across other territories to drive value.2019 - Manage development of Renewals forecasting tools as well as executive reporting in addition to providing support for the Renewals Programs team. Presented to a packed crowd at DF19 on how the Renewals organization is driving innovation through automation and analytics.

Working full time with the CSG Analytics & Insights team to develop critical insights and hypotheses that create actionable items in a business context. I focus specifically on supporting the Renewals executive and extended leadership. My responsibilities range from reinvigorating forecasting through the use of new and prior tools, to assisting with ad-hoc analytics requests around key metrics within the organization.

Part of the business insights team in the renewals organization at Salesforce collaborating across sales, CSG, and finance to deliver accurate forecasts and insights into business operations. Created a data driven attrition forecasting model to increase forecasting accuracy for the organization to within 5% on average of the actual attrition per month.

Assisted the operations team on multiple projects including streamlining their case management processing and segmentation considerations for attrition. Throughout the internship the Operations team gave me a high level of responsibility and accountability with my work.

Tennis has been a longstanding influence in my personal and professional life. Moving from a hitting assistant all the way up to head tennis professional at Spring Brook taught me the importance of tailoring my "product" to fit the needs of whoever I taught.
