-Project leader on four person team for implementation of updated project tracking system. Designed project plan template for all future and existing client projects and implemented tracking dashboard for upper management to dynamically view project status.-Created automated reporting system for our largest client. Designed multi-platform input system for employees to input status in real-time and developed reporting system for supervisors and client contacts.-Analyzed data on sales force effectiveness project for major agricultural retailer. Project showed sales lift of over 15% and ROI of over 180% within two months. Communicated with client's operations department on regular basis to explain key quantitative findings, as well as organize data collection for project team.
