Support, improvements and maintenance in level 2 industrial automation systems in supervision systems, optimization of production processes for the Company's cold rolling and hot dip galvanizing segments, using ASP.NET MVC, C# technologies , JQuery, Windows Forms and SQL Server database, communication with the PLCs of the mentioned production plants using OPC servers, as well as analysis on all web interfaces of the systems, aiming to reduce costs, minimize human intervention in the process, discovery of possible points of vulnerability in the process and optimization of labor. Aspiring to develop reports for performance analysis (KPI) and operational control, development of standards, maintenance procedures and software documentation, prospecting for new automation projects in the area with the main objective of optimizing labor and reducing costs.
