Being in charge of:- Building and Managing a portfolio of Corporates with minimum of USD 10M annual turnovers- Financial engineering on corporate financing requests with various financial instruments.- Compliance preliminary checkups on corporate account or financing file openings- Portfolio annual revenues generation of Minimum USD 3M

* Supervision and management of commercial, operation and support teams (20 people) at Kikwit branch.* Commercial supervision of a set of 5 branches in the central region (Gemena, Mbandaka, Kananga, Mbuji-Mayi and Kikwit).* Improve brand perception.* Administrative and operational risk management of the Kikwit branch.* Responsible for strategy, business development, marketing and performance monitoring (Deposit, Credit, treasury, product marketing and Profit).

Being in charge of :- maximizing revenues and minimizing operational costs.- Managing operational Risks- Managing a commercial and operation team(20 persons)- Improving the brand perception- Managing assets, liabilities and expenditures of the branch- Leading credit committee​ in the branch

I work on having long term relationship especially with medium-sized enterprises by offering them full financial accompaniment. We, at ProCredit Bank Congo, we have merit of being focused​ on SME, though we have developed banking and financial services for all types of customer.

I'm responsible of managing a portfolio of Entrepreneur clients by increasing the number in terms of clients and the volume in terms of credit exposition; offering them all banking services according to their needs, being a credit analyst and credit risk analyst, accompanying their business with financial solutions, and also managing the loan portfolio and arrears. I'm also in charge of the coaching of new comers. Apart from that, I'm a credit committee member at the branch with an approbation vote degree
