Lexus Marketing Intelligence Analyst
CurrentCreate and foster partnerships with brands that enhance the Lexus footprint. Primary contact and lead for JD Power/PIN and Motor Intelligence - conducting data analysis to construct incentive strategy for Lexus vehicle lineup.Lexus lead for the Offers Administration Tool (OAT) application. Work closely with the Toyota Incentives team and Five & Done team to identify bugs and areas for improvement to enhance the existing application. Use OAT for Incentive Offer setup for National and Area programs each month.Development and success tracking of monthly incentive strategy related to Lexus Division Sales Support Programs to achieve sales and market share goals through effective and efficient programs. Programs include but are not limited to Loyalty, Conquest, Military, College Graduate, and other strategic partnership programs.Recommends strategies and action for improving Lexus systems and incentives in ways that will increase the appeal of programs, sales, and profits.Identifying business priorities that may impact incentive development through regular communication with key stakeholders. This includes Field Operations, Finance, Demand and Supply, Lexus Financial Services, and Production Planning. Develops materials to present findings and recommendations to senior management.Serve as our competitive product intelligence lead to assist in building incentive plans and identify trends that may influence incentives strategy. Bridges strategic and analytic analysis by applying deep understanding of Lexus business goals and products to gathered intelligence.Administering core components of incentives programs to ensure approved programs are displayed in the market through collaboration with various ad agencies.Key systems used: Jira, Confluence, OAT, Ariba, and iCAT* Established contractual partnership between Bank of America and Lexus.
