Plan, schedule, and maintain timelines, Manage cost, provide billing, cash flow and manpower forecasting with complete job costing reviews. Monitoring for compliance with all applicable laws. Assist in the preparation of technical proposals including assisting in the design and writing of the scope of work, management plans, work sequences, safety, and quality control and commissioning.Manage all job closeout procedures. Develop and maintain network of professional relationships within the industry.

Currently in charge of pricing change orders by overlaying plans, reviewing changes, performing take-off, inputting changes into Accubid, and inputting Accubid printout into change order pricing sheets, to prepare to send to customer for review. Oversee, direct, and be able to manage electrical projects from beginning to end, read and understand weekly labor report, project and influence field labor, learn SASCO forms, systems, reports, means and methods, and “rules” at SASCO, build long term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions.

Currently working on take-off as a team for projects for which I am assigned to. Work closely with project superintendent, multiple construction trades, electrical foreman and crew. Prepare closeout documents such as as-built drawings, panel schedules and warranty letters.

Service Department:Schedule jobsite meetings with clients to discuss scope of work. Prepare proposal for clients using estimating software.Follow up with clients on proposal and answer questions. Order and pull materials for projects. Check on electricians in the field.Work closely with scheduler, superintendent, and accounting. Assist estimating department when needed.

Electrical estimating and take off for custom homes, commercial and industrial projects, Tenant Improvements, New Construction, and major remodels ranging from $20k to over $1mil.
