The Thermal Renewable community as well as other renewable energy communities have been created to foster the sharing of expertise, methodologies and tools between the various Tractebel Engie's entities and hence to accelerate the international development of our REN activities. My objective in that context is to build, animate and steer within Tractebel Engie and further within ENGIE a collaborative network around the Renewable thermal power (*). Member of various CoP (community of practice) in biomass, biogas and geothermal energy.* Renewable thermal power means electricity and/or heat production based on renewable primary sources of energy and requiring a water-steam cycle step in the energy production process.This can be met, among others, in biomass firing, geothermal energy or waste to energy projects.
