In my role as a BA-III I am responsible for managing pre-approval processes related to changes in physical distribution. I act as a liaison between disparate groups in finding appropriate solutions or approaches to complex challenges. This reduces decision time, has cut costs, and provides simplicity to the front line, our client. These challenges can be operational, facilities based, or strategic in nature. Solutions to these opportunities require timeliness, uncovering details amongst nuance, and blending local objectives with bank-wide initiatives or intentions.As a BA-II, I identified benchmarks and created workflow based on regulatory requirements, line of business experience, and business process. The outcome of this discovery was the creation of a custom application that embeds these requirements. With my guidance, and further discovery, this custom application has gone through a few revisions. Management and maintenance are ongoing.As a BA-I, I worked with a team that uncovered challenges related to physical distribution delivery. New work processes were created to provide improved continuity to project implementation. I was also responsible for special projects such as: implementing sneeze guards at all locations based on sizing of teller and office space ; evaluating security devices ; evaluating banking equipment (TCRs, currency counters, coin machines, check scanners and receipt printers).
