Unpredictably guided by the buffeting wind, yet all methodologically hitting home into a tight grouping, that’s perhaps the best metaphor for the endless pursuit of self-improvement.Some days the arrows shot are clustered into a dense grouping, other days they're spread a little apart, but all days, I relish the time and space it takes to make good the shot process.It’s a long haul. And each day is what we make of it.Still glad to be able to share the joy of movement literacy with all, as a physical education & sports lecturer, multi-sports life-coach, and friend. He is a seasoned corporate trainer, master-of-ceremony, multi-sports coach, and vocational institution lecturer-mentor in Sports and Wellness, with a firm grounding in outdoor education, sports coaching, and corporate facilitation. He recognises and leverages upon the power of collective wisdom in sports leadership and personal development, to kindle the spark in youth and the young at heart. He works passionately to hone technical and developmental capacities through synergising opportunities for skills development, personal empowerment, leadership training, outdoor adventure education, sports events management and martial arts.
