Intervarsity Mental Health Campaign (IMHC)@ UNIMAS 2023 is a mental health awareness campaign targeted towards university students. The objectives include destigmatising mental health, bridging the gap between mental health professionals and students, and promoting healthy health-seeking behaviours. Throughout the entire event, participants engaged in talks, forums, workshops, and booth exhibitions related to mental health. • Led a team of 40+ organising committees in project planning and execution • Established a total of 8 partnerships with individuals, NGOs, and university clubs• Impacted more than 300+ participants in mental health awareness and advocacy.

It primarily focuses on raising youth awareness on refugees issues in Malaysia. Through this project, volunteers will conduct key activities such as workshops and fundraisers to (1) raise public awareness on refugee issues, especially the urban poor and (2) to raise funds through a Buy & Impact model which will be delivered to vulnerable refugee groups in the Klang Valley area.
