• I engage in planning of both Macro sites (Outdoor) and In Building Solutions (Indoor) with the aim of improving network coverage using radio site planning tools like Teoco Asset Network Planning tool and MapInfo Geographic Information System tool.• I prepare radio site installation data and Cell Design Data for new radio sites to be integrated into the network including frequency plans. • I plan and coordinate technology upgrades across the 2G/3G/4G radio network elements in conjunction with vendor and supporting teams in order to enhance capacity.• I undertake technical radio site survey and prepare site installation data for new radio site integration and radio site relocation.• I carry out drive test and also perform drive test data analysis using Keysight Nemo Drive Test toolkit with the aim of optimising and improving radio network quality.• I collaborate with the customer service team to troubleshoot network customer compliant with the aim of improving customer experience and overall Network Promoter Score. • I liaise with cross-functional teams to carry out special projects and support functions.• I was part of the Radio Access Network team that successfully rolled out first batch of LTE sites on MTN's network across the country. The project was the first of its kind in the country.• I was part of the project team that successfully delivered the first 100 Rural Sites across the country as part of MTN's Rural Telecommunication Project. The project was the first of its kind in the country.

• I undertook RF signal measurements at various Telecommunication cell sites belonging toTowers Companiesand Mobile Network Operators to determine if all radio frequencyelectromagnetic emissions from those cell sites were within International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) Guidelines.• As part of my duties, I did analysis of the field measurement data using the SpectrumAnalyzer Software Tools and ITU-T recommended models to determine the ICNIRP Powerdensity limit at the frequency of interest.• I also prepared RF techincal report for Tower companies that managed Telecommunicationcell sites for onward submission to regulatory authorities (Environmental Protection Agencyand the National Communication Authority).
