The third challenge partner was Pinpoint Status, which a plug-in developed to notify users with a smaller timeframe for the ETA of handymen or other service providers and improve customer experience. The challenge presented to my team was to find a way to find more partners for the plug-in. Over the course of three weeks, my team researched on competitors and potential marketing strategies. We also surveyed 105 home owners on their experiences with home service providers. After all of that, we came up with a solution to cross channel market the plug-in, which will increase traction and make the plug-in more viral and more likely to find new partners

For our first challenge partner, I worked as a junior consultant for Cleveland Kitchen. My team and I were given the challenge to find a solution to make more people implement fermented foods into their daily diets. Throughout the challenge, we visited the company site, researched on health benefits and popularity of fermented goods, and interviewed people in grocery stores about their opinion on fermented goods. After two to three weeks of research and planning, we came up with a marketing campaign for Cleveland Kitchen to implement to solve their challenge.
