As a Software Engineer at Samsoft Sync, I worked collaboratively with the engineering team to plan, design, and implement new functionalities. My tasks involved comprehending client needs, constructing new features, rectifying legacy systems, and creating products with scalable, easily maintainable, and testable solutions.A notable project we developed was Kikolo Pago, an application that simplifies financial transactions, enabling international payments and the instant generation of virtual and physical cards for a client in Angola.Furthermore, in partnership with the same client, I contributed to the creation of Kikolo Online, a leading e-commerce Marketplace in Angola, offering convenient, secure, and swift online shopping, with nationwide delivery.My involvement extended to both frontend and backend development. On the frontend, I employed React JS with Next Js, while on the backend, I utilized Nest js with TypeScript and Docker. I used MongoDB as the database and relied on AWS as the cloud services provider.

At InstaCarro, I work as a Back-End Engineer, predominantly using Javascript / TypeScript as the programming language. My core responsibility is to create solutions for the backend part.I participate in the entire lifecycle of applications, from gathering requirements with the Product Manager, technical refinement, and development of Restful APIs, to maintaining existing APIs. I use various technologies and approaches, such as NodeJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Nest.js, Docker, MongoDB, AWS, Kafka, Swagger, Jest, and Express, as well as principles like DDD, SOLID, OOP, Unit Testing, CI/CD, Agile, and SCRUM.At InstaCarro, I have worked on various projects from the beginning. One of them is AutoBid, which I highlight. In this application, users can place automatic bids to purchase desired cars. We created an intelligent system to manage the user's balance, placing competitive bids at the right moment to secure the desired purchase. This system optimizes the use of funds to ensure success in acquiring vehicles, in addition to managing tie-breaks and sending notifications to inform whether the user has won, lost, or lacks sufficient balance to continue in the competition.

I worked as a backend developer, focusing on creating new services in RESTful APIs, bug resolution, and participating in all stages of application development: from gathering requirements and architecture to development, delivery, and meetings. Some technologies I used include:NodeJS, Docker, MongoDB, AWS, GIT, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, Nest.js, AWS.I'd like to highlight a key project I was involved in, which revolved around developing a service to automate the financing process. We created a service that collected user data and verified it with banks like Santander, Banco Pan, Banco BV, and Banco Itaú, aiming to determine the user's eligibility for financing. This implementation expedited the operations team's feedback to users, resulting in a significant boost in the company's car sales.

I worked as a freelancer and led a team of three developers in creating a backend API for a store in Portugal. In the project, we used Nest.js and MongoDB technologies, and integrated the Moloni platform, also of Portuguese origin, for inventory management. The API we built took on comprehensive e-commerce management responsibilities, working in conjunction with the back-office system to fully meet the client's needs.
