Project managing the implementation of our company-wide data strategy, through building up a positive data culture and building processes and systems that ensure continuous improvement of our data´s quality, security, transparency and accessibility. Broadly aiming to improve quality of life and efficiency inhouse, and improving transparency towards our customers and business partners.Additionally responsible for research and innovation related to automation, forecasting and risk-based processes through collaboration with universities, research institutions and industry partners.

Developing tools and methodologies to improve operational planning and risk assessment in real-time and short-term operational contexts, setting up and maintaining control room software, performing static and dynamic security and adequacy studies, assessing possible reformation of the icelandic electricity market, supervising MSc students and interns, and collaborating with other European TSOs on various projects related to probabilistic reliability assessment. Project managed the creation of a transformational company-wide data strategy.

Co-operation with the Department of Engineering at Reykjavík University on research related to power systems, reliability assessment and probabilistic modelling, and trying to build interest and innovation in the power sector.

Producing profitability assessments for energy infrastructure investments in municipalities around Iceland, and analysis of offshore logistic shipping markets.

- On-site management of civil construction works (including earthworks, flexible pavements, concrete works, underground services and pits, stormwater drainage, fencing, landscaping, wetlands, demolition of temporary works, and architectural items).- Safety, budget and schedule monitoring and management- Quality control and assurance- Managed the delivery of the Kauwi Centre landscaping package- Management of subcontractors- Maintenance of Civil risk registers- Involved in the design of the site-wide landscaping package- Client liason to ensure a mutual understanding of their expectations and contractual obligations- Resolving design and documentation issues

A 6 week long work experience role in order to learn about design documentation and processess relating to wetlands and residential sewer systems.
