Originally from Leeds, West Yorkshire, I moved to Manchester to pursue a career in hospitality. I am currently Bartender with a passion for cocktails and providing a personable, as well as memorable service.STERLING Bar is where I currently work and have hopes of developing and growing it into one of the best bars in the U.K. alongside with the rest of the team.I was inspired by Hidetsugo Ueno of Bar High Five for his dedication to the art of cocktails, as well as for knowledge and teachings he has shared with the world on Japanese Style Bartending.Marco Pierre White is also someone I regard as a great inspiration, due to his focus on delivering high standards and the impact he had on the culinary world for Britain.About STERLING BarSTERLING is located underneath the historic Stock Exchange Hotel. He is incredibly open minded and absorbs all feedback when it is given. Nothing is too much trouble for him and when our Assistant Manager had to isolate he worked alongside me to ensure the business traded everyday doing extra hours without hesitation.
