• First and second level support for Desktop Operating Systems
• Weekly security check from Cloud security app, and Sophos console.
• Maintain an up-to-date listing of all computer inventory located within the firm including contract vendors for service and hardware replacements.
• License assignment for users through Microsoft office CSP.
• Implement and maintain client’s equipment including documentation.
