• Microsoft Campus - Vendor Site Lead for Avanade responsible for small to medium sized team of contract employees.• Aligned contractor team on site with Avanade management team, facilitated 1:1's and team meetings to ensure alignment with Avanade standards on assignment with Microsoft's M365 FastTrack division.

• Lead well over 100 projects to onboard more than 100 strategic Microsoft customers (incl: State & Local Government, Fed-Ramp, and DoD) to the Microsoft 365 platform as a Microsoft M365 FastTrack Manager (Las Colinas Campus - LC2), which lead to increased licensing consumption and drove licensing upgrades, resulting in massive increases in revenue for the Microsoft Corporation.• Developed change mgmt. and adoption strategies with customers in conjunction with Account teams and Sales team units to increase the consumption of all Microsoft cloud platforms including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune and Microsoft Defender.• Built and maintained strong relationships with FastTrack customers, including C-suite, executives, directors, project sponsors, IT departments, and admins.• Coordinated with numerous Microsoft FastTrack Engineering teams and FastTrack Subject Matter Experts in delivering the Microsoft FastTrack onboarding benefit to Microsoft's valued customers.

• Received hands on training from industry leading instructors for AWS, AWS Security, Azure Administration, Azure Security and Advanced Threat Centric training hands on w/ APT’s, RAT’s, Trojans, Recon, Phishing, Incident Response, Sales Engineering, and support. • IT Security Foundation: Ensured a common framework for all students, provided the historical context of Cyber security, defined key principals, the evolving threat landscape, and cyber security trends.• IT Security Industry: Learned the structure of the industry, introduced to key roles (ISVs, System Integrators, Resellers, Service Providers...), and key organizations.
