This allowed me to provide training to my fellow analysts as well as direct assistance to project and account management teams.I have been responsible for identification, analysis, and remediation or workaround planning for many critical defects while supporting our web-based software suite. I have also been tasked with developing and implementing test case reviews to validate resolutions before production deployment.I am seeking a potential growth opportunity to further improve my current skill set and am open to travel.
