In the sustainable councils team, we engage with regional council areas and council joint organisations to help drive net zero and sustainability outcomes.

I managed the Social Housing Upgrades program that helped social housing providers install measures that improve the livability of residents' homes. We provided monetary and technical assistance to help providers install measures such as solar PV, draught-proofing, insulation, LED lights and others. This program aimed to upskill the social housing sector.

In this role I supported the day-to-day and strategic operations of Office of the Coordinator-General, Energy Environment and Science. This included handling sensitive information, aligning high-profile stakeholder engagements and managing information flow requests across the department.

The Rainbow Walk was a “walk for love” from Bondi to Bronte to support marriage equality in Australia.- Curated all branding and marketing, which attracted 20k people to the event page- Led a team of seven organisers, 40 volunteers and 30 lifesavers- Managed key stakeholder relationships with NSW Police, Waverley Council and three lifesaving clubs.

Engineering consultancy that incentivizes large industrial, retail and commercial clients to reduce carbon emissions and costs- Managed major client relationships – responsible for saving over $7M and 350,000 tons CO2- Led an engineering team of six to deliver projects at over 150 sites across NSW and VIC- Developed business proposals for lighting designs.

- Managed installation of a whole-site metering and monitoring project with the objective of saving 20% energy consumption. This project won ‘Highly Commended’ from the Energy Efficiency Council of NSW for being industry leading- Project managed lighting upgrade worth over $500k in a manufacturing facility, which achieved 80% energy reduction
