• Conduct daily reviews of all incoming credit applications in the pipeline, based on applicable credit policies and SOP.• Thoroughly analyze and assess the creditworthiness of debtors through detailed analysis of credit performance, character, income, collateral, and repayment capacity.• Maintain daily targeted numbers of incoming applications to be reviewed, as well as committed SLA.Perform know-your-customer (KYC) processes, document authentication, data verification (PV or survey result), fraud detection, and assessment for any potential credit losses.• Work independently and as part of a team to meet established objectives, KPIs, and quality performance indicators, while ensuring adherence to policy implementation.• Provide recommendations for approval or denial based on the results of credit analysis, including a legal, financial, business, and background perspective of the prospective customer.• Propose mitigation solutions for financing customers to minimize lending risks and effectively communicate these solutions to sales, marketing, and business teams.
