I've recently earned my M.B.A. in Business Management from Western Governors University, having received multiple awards for excellence in my scholastics work there. I am now searching for a suitable position in an organization where I can add value. I'm a creative, focused, and pleasant individual with an innate ability for communication, relationships, management, and administration. Beyond that, I have honed my ability to handle leadership responsibilities through many personal interactions and by rigorous Master’s program scholastics. I have a special talent in problem-solving by breaking down issues into their constituent parts and analyzing the subtleties of their interactions. In the Capstone Business Simulation – which involved creating and operating a virtual business throughout 6 full business quarters – I used this talent to achieve a score of 8th place in a class of 230 students and in the top 10% of scores worldwide. The business I created and operated was called Star Bike. It manufactured and retailed carbon-fiber bicycles in four locations: NYC, Bangalore, Amsterdam, and Rio de Janeiro. I was responsible for Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Finance, and Accounting. Here are two examples of Star Bike's success. One, it began Q7 operations with a market value of 21 million, an exceptional accomplishment when compared to the competition. Two, it achieved positive cash flows for 5 out of the 6 quarters of operation, a rare achievement for start-ups. These facts fairly indicate my ability to implement the correct decisions at the correct times. They also show a comprehensive knowledge of business conditions applied in real time to decisions impacting people, property, equipment, and other business assets. Now to sum up who I am as a person. I'm enthusiastic about people and working to improve lives, locations, and circumstances. I seek to design and implement effective, pinpointed, and lasting methods for resolving troublesome issues and conflict. I find that I'm quite good at this. My experiences in my life and in various positions have enabled me to develop a wide range of practical and effective interpersonal skills. In personal and in professional situations, I interact with others in pleasant, firm, and courteous fashion. I am reliable, adaptable, and take my responsibilities seriously. I add value wherever I go. I’m fully confident that I would make an effective and vital addition to any business team.
