Responsible for overall performance of operations. Provide responses to RFQ’s. Manage schedule, scope, and cost for all projects. Approve P&L reports for posting. Review all A/P and A/R for projects. Provide entitlement review with appropriate governmental agencies. Primary contact for client, internal resources, and external subcontractors. Responsible for day to day operations of 10 commercial parking structures. This included managing 15-20 employees and 3-4 site managers. Attending meetings with building owners and tenants as needed. Conducting audits of leased, monthly, and daily patrons. Maintain parking structures by bidding out, reviewing, and approving maintenance costs associated with operations.
