Client: DuPontMajor Project: Greate a web application that allowes users to view products and narrow their search through a number of special tabs and search features. Special Assignment: Create a User Interface for updating specific fields of an Oracle Dtabase to give users the ability to enter up to 4,000 characters of HTML code and then view that code in WYSIWYG format.Responsibilities:• Code, test, debug, implement, and document basic programs. • Assist in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user.• Assist in the research and analysis of existing systems and program requirements; assist in preparing documentation to change existing programs.• Perform data analysis to support internal and external project needs.• Design basic programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs.• Write specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity.• Assist in resolving routine production support problems.• Assist in the completion of unit testing by preparing test data, running tests and evaluating results. • Develop screen tests and debugging problems. Major Project: Non-profit organization web site. Designed and developed informational website for Unity Center, Inc., a non-profit organization based in Media, PA that specializes in after school and community outreach programs.Special Assignment: Migrate current website to a WordPress, Joomla or DotNetNuke platform. Responsibilities: • Work closely with the Unity Center’s Director of Operations to create, gather and upload web content, Plan website layout• Establish communication with web hosting company, set up hosting/email accounts.• Design website pages (navigation and content layout), graphics and Unity Center logo• Utilize Dreamweaver and Web Expressions to write HTML, CSS and PHP code for website• Website can be viewed at www.unitycenterofpa.org

Major Project: The Windows 7 & Internet Explorer 8 Upgrade for Independence Blue Cross in Philladelphia Pennsylvania. Worked as part of a team that preformed black box functional compatibility testing on 295+ applications used by Independence Blue Cross. Special Assignment: Promoted to Team Communications Coordinator. For 6 weeks acted as the point of contact between Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and the testing team. Responsibilities included setting up and coordinating meetings, attaining test script validation and requesting information related to testing. In addition, participated in the knowledge capture and upload of information on over 500 applications in use at Independence Blue Cross.Responsibilities:• Test planning, test design, test implementation, test execution and defect tracking• Participate in daily scrum, updates on test excution and proactively and openly share information with teammates and management• Use Quality Center for test execution and defect tracking• Follow up, resolve and escalate open issues in a timely and appropriate manner• Provide support to teammates and management, be seen as a team playerAccomplishments: Won the Best Test Scripter Author award in a two week contest held by the Windows 7 & Internet Explorer 8 Upgrade team.

Major Project: Outside Lawn and Garden Sales Associate III. Utilize my experience as a sales associate to assist customers with questions and locations of items in the garden center. Special Assignment: Team Captain of the unload crew. As team captain I ensured the flow of freight from the truck to the sales floor went smoothly. I worked closly with the operations manager to brainstorm ways to improve productivity. During my time as team captain the unload time of trucks decreased by one hour increasing efficency by 25%.Responsibilities:• Maintain Garden area for customers• Set up new displays for incoming new products• Use forklift and other power equipment to restock shelves• Participate in online training to keep my skills current to seasonal changes in order to provide the best assistance to customers possible• Provide support to teammates and management, be seen as a team playerAccomplishments: Recieved letters from customers praising my customer service skills. In addition I recieved recognition from managemnt for my hard work and commitment to the Lowes team.

As a Sales Associate I was responsible for providing our customers with fast, friendly service and quality products. I performed all related job functions when working in the foodservice area or sales counter area of the store to include: preparing quality food products, ringing accurate register transactions, maintaining general appearance and cleanliness of store premises. At Sheetz I demonstarted my interpersonal skills by focusing on being people oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% total customer focus. In addition to my interpersonal skills I was also self motivated and dependable which is why they wanted to promote me.
