Major Project: The Windows 7 & Internet Explorer 8 Upgrade for Independence Blue Cross in Philladelphia Pennsylvania. Worked as part of a team that preformed black box functional compatibility testing on 295+ applications used by Independence Blue Cross. Special Assignment: Promoted to Team Communications Coordinator. For 6 weeks acted as the point of contact between Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and the testing team. Responsibilities included setting up and coordinating meetings, attaining test script validation and requesting information related to testing.
