In September 2022, I was honored to be selected as one of 6 People Leaders to participate in the first cohort for the HearingLife “amplify Leadership Training Program.” Through this program, I was provided an opportunity to fulfill a decades long dream to sharpen my CX skills by completing “Disney’s Approach to Quality Service” training at the Disney Institute, in Orlando FL.In March 2023, I embarked on a new role as Senior Regional Marketing Manager for HearingLife. This new roll will allow me to use expertise and knowledge to support the Southern Region of the U.S. consisting of 175 offices, with marketing initiatives to help meet, and exceed revenue objectives.As of November 15, 2024, I am seeking my next career opportunity.
