part of the HQ team responsible for ESET's global eCommerce solutionKey responsibilities:- responsible for the technical aspect of ESET's Global eCommerce solution development- Serving as a liaison between the business, web developers, system architect, internal security team, CRO team, core business systems and other relevant stakeholders- leading the eStore refactoring and transition to a new licensing system project- performing business and technical analysis- transforming business requirements into functional and technical specifications- new API integrations and features solution architecture (designing process and data flows, data models)- providing consultations to business stakeholders, internal rollout, and support teammates- delivering and maintaining business & technical documentation- project management of core CRM, licensing, and payment system integrations & features- development of custom internal tools for the support and business team- Global eStore's application performance monitoring- cross-team communication- quality assurance- collaborating with internal security team on penetration testing for our eCommerce solution.
