2008-April 2021: Manager of the Business Process Transition Risk Management (BPTRM) programme: Managed risk associated with migrating business processes between locations. Oversaw and coordinated multiple global migrations simultaneously, progressed and escalated issues as needed. Communicated with stakeholders about the programme’s objectives and impact. Recommended course of action, monitored activity and tasks, produced metric reports to ensure awareness and drive remediation, wrote and delivered training. Chaired risk assessment meetings, identified inherent/external risks, recommended action items to mitigate risk and ensured appropriate frameworks relating to people, processes, systems and controls were in place. Determined how jurisdictional and local issues related to the program, including location-specific regulatory requirements. Wrote the outline for and then managed the online GRC tool in the Archer system. Worked with auditors, regulators and compliance.2008-2016: Risk Consultant, Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSA) [Stopped when BPTRM became a full-time job]: Facilitated and managed RCSAs. Scheduled, monitored, trained and provided technical system support (on the GRC tool Algo OpVar). Advised, guided and challenged the identification and evaluation of all risks and associated controls that impact business objectives.
