Responsible to strengthen the National grassroots development structures and football pathway for 6 – 12 years old, working on the essential success of the program and responsible for all aspects of the various activities of grassroots football.I developed and rollout the nationwide FAM Grassroots Coaching Course, designed a charter system to regulate all grassroots academies and getting them accredited, introduced the SupaRimau mascot brand, founded the nationwide grassroots league 'Liga SupaRimau' and established key partnerships with major local sports brands and the English FA Respect campaign.

Malaysia's first social enterprise Football Academy - I kick started it from zero to 171 players, manage operations, develop sustainable business models, and integrate programs within the community. This entails establishing partnerships, designing curricula, and raising a team of self-sustaining grassroots coaches and volunteers from the student sports council.

Conducting courses Nationwide for local community coaches who are football enthusiast, teachers and parents to be equipped with the Premier Skills methodology to run effective training sessions.

Responsible for developing sustainable Sports community programs for the underprivileged and marginalized youths.Kick-started 5 legacy PPR community sports programs.

Built a community-led online Futsal platform from zero to 33k players and 500+ local team profiles, fostering meaningful connections and seamless engagement. All because I was tired of playing the same teams and struggling to find new opponents for my college team. Sold it off for five figures!
